Section 5: Salaries and Allowances of Judges

(1) There shall be paid to the Chief Judge and to each of the other Judges of the Court, such Salaries and remunerations as are payable, respectively, to the Chief Judge of the State of the Federation and of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and the Judge of the High Courts of the States and of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
(2) There shall also be paid to each Judge on account of expenses incurred in connection with his office or otherwise, such allowances as are considered reasonable by the Federal Government.
(3) The amount payable under the provisions of this section shall be charged upon and paid out of the Considerate Revenue fund of the Federation.
