Section 6: Seal of the Court.

(1) The Court shall have and may use a seal bearing a device or impression approved by the Chief Judge with the inscription "The Federal High Court".
(2) The seal shall be kept by the Chief Judge and the duplicate thereof shall be kept by each of the other Judge, and the Chief Judge and other Judges may entrust the seal or duplicate to such officers of Court as they may think fit.
(3) The seal shall be a seal of the Court for all purpose for which it may be required under the provisions of any enactment or rule of Court.
