Section 4: Precedence.

1973Section 4 of 66Federal Republic of Nigeria

(1) The Chief Judge shall take precedence before the other Judges of the Court, and the other Judges shall take precedence after the Chief Judge in accordance with such directions as may be given by the given President.
(2) The Chief Judge shall rank equal with the Chief Judge of the State of the Federation and of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and the Judges of the Court shall, in like manner, rank with Judge of the High Courts of the State and of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja.
