Section 1: Establishment of the Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos.

(1) There is established the Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos (in this Act referred to as "the College") which shall have the functions and powers conferred on it by this Act.
(2) The College shall-
(a) be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
