Section 3: Tenure of office, etc.

(1) The President and other members of the Council, other than ex-officio member
(a) shall each hold office for a period of two years on such terms and conditions as may be specified in their letters of appointment ; and
(b) may be re-appointed for one further period of 2 year and no more.
