Section 9: Categorization of printing houses.

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act :
(a)
there shall be a body established to-
(i) register and categorize printing houses,
(ii) on the basis of area of specialization as it relates to the type of job that a printer or printing house should handle and the equipment possessed by such individual or corporate body.
