Section 1: Establishment of Chartered Institute of Professional Printers of Nigeria.

(1) There shall be a body to be known as the Chartered Institute of Professional Printers of Nigeria (in this Act hereafter referred to as the "Printers Institute") which shall carry out its functions through a Board established under this Act.
(2) The Institute shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and common seal ;
(3) The Institute may sue or be sued in its corporate name and may acquire, hold or dispose of property, whether movable or immovable.
