Section 30: Investigating Committee.
2015Section 30 of 43•Federal Republic of Nigeria
(1) There shall be for the Institute an Investigating Panel responsible for conducting a prelirninary investigation in a case of alleged professional misconduct and deciding whether such a case be referred to the Disciplinary Committee.
(2) The Investigating Panel shall consist of five members to be appointed by the Board from other members of the Institute.
