Section 26: Withdrawal of approval.

(1) The Board may, if it deems fit, withdraw any approval under this Act in respect of any course, qualification or institution but before doing so the Board shall, in the following order-
(a) obtain consent to that effect from the Government Department;
(b) give notice of its intention to persons appearing to it to be the conductors;
(c) afford persons in paragraph (6) of this section an opportunity for making representations to the Board with regards to the proposal ; and
(d) take into consideration any representation made in pursuance of paragraph (c) of this section.
