Section 33: Qualified but un-enrolled persons.

A person not being a member of the Institute who, but for this Act would have been qualified to apply for and obtain membership ofthe Institute, may, within the period of six months from the commencement of this Act,
apply for mernbership ofthe Institute in such manner as may be prescribed in the rules made by the Board and where an application under this section is approved by the Board ; the applicant shall be enrolled or registered.
