Section 27: Effect of withdrawal of approval.

(1) Any withdrawal of approval under section 26 of this Act takes effect on the day the instrument of withdrawal is signed by the President.
(2) The Board shall, as soon as possible, publish every instrument of withdrawal of approval in the Institute's Newsletter or in the Federal
Government Gazette.
