Section 13: Interpretation.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-
"the Board" means the Management Board of the Centre for Black and African Arts and Civilisation established under section 1 (2) of this Act;
"the Centre" means the Centre for Black and African Arts and Civilisation established under section 1 (1) of this Act;
"the Director" means the Director of the Centre appointed pursuant to section 5 (1) of this Act;
"the 1977 Festival" means the Second World Black and African Festival of Arts and Culture held in Nigeria in 1977;
"the Minister" means the Minister charged with responsibility for cultural matters.
