Section 7: Appointments and Establishments Committee.

The Board shall set up an Appointments and Establishments Committee consisting of not more than six members of the Board whose functions shall be to advise the Board on matters relating to the appointment (including appointments on promotion and transfer and confirmation of appointments), conditions of service, advancement, determination of appointment of, and other disciplinary measures against, employees holding or acting in any offices in the Centre.
