Section 8: Power of the Minister to give directions.

Subject to this Act, the Minister may give to the Board directions of a general nature or relating generally to particular matters, but not to any particular individual or case with regard to the exercise by the Board of its functions under this Act and it shall be the duty of the Board to comply with the directions.
