Section 12: Power to make rules.

The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make rules in respect of any of its functions under this Act; and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Board may make rules-(a) for securing the safety of the cultural property at the Centre; and
(b) for preserving order within the Centre and preventing damage to property therein.
