Section 43: Jurisdiction of the Tribunal.

(1) The Tribunal shall have and exercise jurisdiction and powers in respect of criminal cases and offences created under this Act.
(2) The punishment mentioned in section 34 and 35 of this Act shall be without prejudice to the penalties that may be imposed by any law where the breach of this Act is also an offence under the criminal code, penal code or any other enactment or law.
