Section 46: Application of Administration of Criminal Justice Act or Code. Act No. 13, 2015.

Where the rules of the Tribunal contains no provision in respect to any matter relating to or connected with the trial of offences under this Act the prevalent provisions of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act shall
apply at every proceeding of the Tribunal.
