Section 40: Qualification of members of the Tribunal.

A person is not qualified to serve on the Tribunal if the person is-(a) an undischarged bankrupt ;
(b) declared mentally unfit under any order of a competent court ;
(c) a convicted felon under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria ;
(d) found guilty of serious misconduct in capacitating the person from carrying out the functions of the office ; or
(e) found to have been engaging in any activity that may undermine the integrity of the Tribunal.
