Section 47: Appeal against the decision or judgment of the Tribunal.

(1) Where the Tribunal gives a decision as to whether or not a
person is guilty of a contravention of any of the provisions of this Act, an appeal shall lie as of right from such decision to the Court of Appeal at the instance of any party to the proceedings.
(2) Any right of appeal to the Court of Appeal from the decision of the Tribunal under subsection (1) shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of the rules of court in force regulating the powers, practice and procedures of the Court of Appeal.
