Section 16: Expenditure of the Council.

The Council shall apply the proceeds of the Council Fundestablished under section 15 (1) of this Act with the approval of the National Assembly to-(a) cost of administration of the Council ;
(b) payment of fees, remuneration, bills, rent ;
(c) cost of maintenance of any property acquired or vested in the Council;
(d) capital expenditure relevant to the Council ; and
(e) undertake such other expenses and activities as are connected withall or any of the functions of the Council under this Act.
