Section 12: Other staff of the Council.

(1) The Governing Council shall appoint for the Council such number of employees as may in the opinion of the Governing Council be expedient and necessary for the proper and efficient performance of the functions of the Council.
(2) The Government Council shall, after consultation with the Minister and other relevant Federal Government agencies, determine the terms and conditions of service, including remuneration, allowances, benefits and pensions,
of the employees of the Council.
(3) The Governing Council shall promote and discipline employees of the Council as may be necessary for the performance of the functions under this Act.
