Section 20: Annual reports.

(1) The Council shall prepare and submit to the Minister, not laterthan 30 June in each year, a report in such form as may be directed on the activities of the Council during the immediately preceding year, and shall include
in the report a copy of the audited accounts of the Council for that year and the auditor’s report.
(2) The Minister shall, upon receipt of the report under subsection (1),cause a copy of the report, the audited accounts of the Council and the auditor’s report to be submitted to the National Assembly.
