Section 17: Gifts to the Council.

2022Section 17 of 64•Federal Republic of Nigeria

(1) The Council may accept gifts of land, money or other property on such terms and conditions considered lawful.
(2) The Council shall not accept any gift if the conditions attached bythe person or organisation making the gift are inconsistent with the functionsof the Council under this Act.
