Section 15: Procurement of any person for prostitution pornography and use in armed conflict

Any person who-(a) procures, uses or offers any person for prostitution, or the production of pornography, or for pornographic performance,
(b) procures, uses or offers any person for the production and trafficking in drugs,
(c) traffics any persons for the purpose of forced or compulsory recruitment use in armed conflict, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for fourteen years without an option of fine.
