TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS (PROHIBITION) LAW ENFORCEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION ACT
Section 17: Unlawful detention with intent to defile
Any person who-(a) conspires with another to induce any person under the age of eighteen years by means of any false pretence or other fraudulent means, permit any man to have unlawful carnal knowledge of such person commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for five years;
(b) detains any person under the age of eighteen years against such person's will in or upon any premises for the purposes of being unlawfully carnally known by any man, whether a particular manor not, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for ten years.
