TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS (PROHIBITION) LAW ENFORCEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION ACT
Section 12: Procurement of any Person
Any person who-(a) by the use of deception, coercion, debt bondage or any means whatsoever, induces any person under the age of eighteen years to go from one place to another to do any act with intent that such person, maybe, or knowing that it is likely that the person will be forced or seduced into illicit intercourse with another person,or
(b) in order to gratify the passions of another person, procures, entices or leads away, even with such person's consent, any person under the age of eighteen years, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for ten years without an option of fine.
