Section 10: Training Programmes

The Agency may initiate, develop or improve specific training programmes for the relevant law enforcement agents and other personnel of the Agency charged with the responsibility for the detection of offences created by this Act and the programmes shall include-(a) methods used in the detection and suppression of offences under this Act;
(b) give information on routes and techniques used by persons involved in offences under this Act and appropriate counter-measures;
(c) assistance in monitoring of the movement of trafficking person; and
(d) dissemination of information about traffic in persons laws.
