Section 32: Application of certain provisions of Cap. 424.(REPEALED BY SECTION 53 OF THE NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL COURT ACT 2006)

(1) The provisions of the Supreme Court Act specified in subsection (2) of this section shall, with such modifications as may be necessary, apply in relation to the Court as they apply in relation to the Supreme Court.
(2) The said provisions are the following-
(a) section 5 (offices);
(b) section 6 (seal);
(c) section 7(1) (process);
(d) section 11 (reserved judgments).
