Section 35: Bodies to which Part IV applies.
1976Section 35 of 52•Federal Republic of Nigeria
This Part of this Act applies to the following bodies, that is to say-(a) the National Industrial Court;
(b) any arbitration tribunal constituted under Part I of this Act; and
(c) any board of inquiry appointed under Part III of this Act.
