Section 30: Tenure of office of President and members of Court.(REPEALED BY SECTION 53 OF THE NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL COURT ACT 2006)

The President and any other member of the Court shall, unless he previously resigns or is removed from office, hold office for a period of four years in the first instance which may be renewable only for one more term of four years.
