Section 38: Task Force

(1) The Minister shall constitute a Task Force for the purpose of enforcing or giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
(2) A Task Force constituted under subsection (1) of this section shall consist of such number of persons as the Minister may, from time to time, determine.
(3) A person who falsely represents-
(a) himself as a member of the Task force; or
(b) that he is for the time being employed or authorised to render a service on behalf of the Task Force,
is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term of not less than five years without the option of fine.
