TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND POSTAL OFFENCES ACT
Section 1: Tampering with wireless cables, etc.
A person who, without lawful authority-(a) disconnects, removes, damages, destroys, tampers or meddles with; or
(b)
in any other way, not otherwise specified in any section of this Part of this Act, interferes with,
any cable, cabling material, wireless system, wire or assembly of wires, used for the conveyance of telephone, telegraph, visual messages, images or information, is guilty of an offence.
