Section 9: Personation
1995Section 9 of 42•Federal Republic of Nigeria
A person who falsely represents-(a) himself as an employee of the approved agency or an operator; or
(b) that he is for the time being employed or authorised to render a service on behalf of the approved agency or an operator, is guilty of an offence.
