Section 21: Reports.

(1) The Council shall as soon as possible after the end of each year submit to the Minister a report on the activities of the Council and the Organisation during the last preceding year.
(2) The Organisation may from time to time publish reports on any of its activities and when such reports are published the Organisation shall-
(a) distribute copies thereof free to departments of the Government of the Federation or a State and to such other bodies as may be approved by the Council; and
(b) where appropriate, make copies available for sale to the public and other interested parties, and such reports shall be in addition to any other publication made by it under this Act.
