Section 18: Power to enter premises and obtain information.

(1) For the purposes of carrying out the functions of the Organisation under this Act, the Director-General and any other officer or servant of the Organisation authorised by the Director in writing-
(a) shall have a right of access at all times to any building or other premises where an industrial or commercial undertaking is being carried on; and
(b) may by notice in writing served on any person carrying on an industrial or commercial undertaking require that person to furnish in such form as he may direct information on such matters as may be specified by him.
(2) Any article or item seized under this Act shall be kept or stored in such a place as the Director-General may direct and shall be returned to the owner if the court refuses to order forfeiture or destruction under section 17 (2) of this Act.

(3) A person required to furnish returns pursuant to subsection (1) of this section shall within two months from the notice comply with the notice.
