Section 2: Power of the Minister to give directives to the Organisation.

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Minister may give general or special directives to the Organisation and it shall be the duty of the Organisation to comply with and give effect to any such directives.
(2) The Organisation shall give to the Minister such information and returns relating to its activities as the Minister may, from time to time, require.
