Section 28: Interpretation [As amended by Section 3 of Small and Medium Scale Enterprise Development Agency (Amendment) Act, 2005]

In this Act, "Agency" means Small and Medium Scale Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria established under section 1 of this Act.
'Board' means the governing Board established for the Agency under section 2 of this Act.
'Minister' means the Minister charged with the responsibilities for Industries as are defined by the National Council on Industry as Small and Medium Scale Industries.
'President' means the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
