Section 26: Directives by the Minister etc.

The Minister may give to the Agency or the Director-General such directives of general nature or relating generally to matters of policy with regard to the exercise of its or his functions as he may consider necessary and it shall be the duty of the Agency or the Director-General to comply with the directives or cause them to be complied with.
