Section 24: Indemnity of Officers.

A member of the Board or the Director-General or any officer or employee of the Agency shall be indemnified out of the assets of the Agency against any liability incurred by him in defending any proceeding, whether civil or criminal, if the proceedings is brought against him in his capacity as a member, Director-General, officer or other employee of the Agency.
