Section 2: Establishment of the Governing Council

(1) There is established for the School a Governing Council (in this Act referred to as "the Council") which shall be responsible for the consideration and approval of the -
(a) plan of activities of the School;
(b) programme of studies, courses, and research to be undertaken by the School;
(c) annual budget estimates of the School; and
(d) investment plans of the School.
(2) The provisions of the Schedule to this Act shall have effect with respect to the Council as specified in it. [Schedule]
