Section 1: Establishment of School of Mines and Geological Studies

(1) There is established the School of Mines and Geological Studies (in this Act referred to as "the School") which shall have the powers and exercise such functions as conferred on it by this Act.
(2) The School shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
