Section 9: Power of Minister to give direction to the Council

2022Section 9 of 25•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Minister may give to the Council directions of a general character or relating generally to matters of policy with regards to the exercise by the Council of its functions under this Act and it shall be the duty of the Council to comply with such directions.
