Section 81: Regulations and guidelines.

1 The Attorney-General of the Federation may, in consultation with the relevant organisations make regulations with regard to a standardized automated asset forfeiture management system expedient for the efficient implementation of the provisions of this Act.

2 The relevant organisation shall issue guidelines, as may be necessary for the exercise of any of the duties, functions, or powers of the Directorate under this Act.
