Section 77: Relationship with relevant laws. Cap. C23, LFN, 2004

2022Section 77 of 83•Federal Republic of Nigeria

Subject to the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 where a provision of this Act is inconsistent with the provisions of any relevant law on the management of finally forfeited assets, the provisions of this Act shall prevail.
