Section 80: Indemnity of officers of the relevant organisation.

The Chairman, member of the Board, officers or staff of the relevant organisation, or a seconded officer from any organisation or from any public office of the Federation, shall be indemnified out of the assets of the relevant organisation against any proceedings brought against him in his official capacity, where the act complained of is not beyond his powers.
