Section 47: Annual report to be submitted to the Minister.

(1) The Registrar shall, submit to the Minister a copy of the audited accounts and annual report on the activities of the Office in respect of Minister that particular year not later than six months after the end of each financial year.
(2) The Registrar shall, within a period of six months or such longer period as the National Assembly may by resolution prescribe after the accounts have been audited, lay the audited accounts and audit report before the National Assembly.
