Section 51: Action against the State.

(1) Subject to the existing law on institution of action against the State, this Act shall be binding on the Government with regard to its applications for breeder's right and other interests acquired or given in breeder's right to the same extent and with the same effect as its applies to any other person.
(2) No claim shall lie against the State, the Minister, the Registrar or any other officer for anything done in good faith in the discharge of duties under the powers conferred by this Act.
