Section 58: Forfeiture of drugs, medicines, poisons.

Any drug, medicine, poison or other articles seized by the Council in accordance with the provisions of this Act shall be forfeited to the Federal Government free of any encumbrances and shall be dealt with in such manner as the Minister may determine.
