Section 46: Establishment of the Tribunal.

(1) There is established the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria Disciplinary Tribunal (in this Act referred to as "the Tribunal") which shall be charged with the responsibility of considering and determining any case referred to it by the Panel established under section 45 of this Act.
(2) The Tribunal shall consist of the Chairman of the Council and six other members appointed by the Council.
(3) Second Schedule.
The provisions of the Second Schedule to this Act apply to the Panel and the Tribunal respectively.
(4) Without prejudice to the provisions of this section, the Council may make regulations for the discipline of pharmacy technicians and medicine vendors.
