Section 43: Supervision of intern pharmacists.

(1) An intern pharmacist in an approved institution under section 40 (1) of this Act shall be under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist who must have practiced for a period as Council may specify by regulations.
(2) A pharmacist serving as a supervisor of an intern pharmacist shall notify the Council in the prescribed form of the date of commencement of the internship by the intern pharmacist.
